I bought the BlazePods after I used them during my own physical therapy sessions and enjoyed them. I bought them to use with my lacrosse goalies and they have been instrumental in improving their hand eye coordination and reflexes. I love using them during training sessions and my athletes get pumped every time we use them! The app is user friendly and I like that you can save customized drills on it.
